iPhone LCD Screen Wholesale Price List 2026: All Models & Grades Compared

Every few months, a new buyer lands in our inbox with roughly the same question: "Can you send me your price list?"

It's a reasonable ask. But a price list without context is almost useless in this industry - and we've watched plenty of buyers make expensive mistakes because they compared per-unit prices across grades without understanding what those grades actually represent, what market they're right for, and what the real landed cost looks like once returns and rejects are factored in.

So this year, instead of emailing another spreadsheet, we decided to publish the whole picture.

What follows is our working price reference for every current iPhone model across all three screen grades we manufacture - Incell LCD, OEM-Grade OLED, and Original Refurbished - along with the context that makes those numbers meaningful. If you're sourcing iPhone LCD screens wholesale for a repair chain, a distribution business, or a resale operation, this is the article we wish existed when we started in this business.

Prices reflect our current factory-direct wholesale rates as of May 2026. MOQ thresholds and tiered volume pricing are noted where relevant.

How to Read This Price List?

Before we get into the numbers, three things matter:

Grade determines everything downstream. Two suppliers quoting you "$12 for an iPhone 11 screen" may be selling completely different products. One might be genuine Incell with tight component tolerances; the other might be an unbranded panel with a 4% defect rate that eats your labor cost in returns. The grade label is only as reliable as the manufacturer behind it.

The right grade depends on your market, not the lowest number. A repair shop in Lagos and a repair chain in Amsterdam have completely different margin structures, customer expectations, and competitive landscapes. We'll flag which grade fits which market as we go.

FOB Shenzhen vs. landed cost are different conversations. The prices below are FOB Shenzhen factory-direct. Shipping, duties, and import fees vary significantly by destination country - something to factor before comparing against local distributor prices.

Part 1: Legacy Models - iPhone 6 Through iPhone 8 Series

These models still represent meaningful volume in emerging markets, Eastern Europe, and parts of Latin America, where devices stay in circulation longer. Margins are thin on older models, but the repair frequency is high.

iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 6S / 6S Plus

All four models use standard LCD panels. There's no meaningful OEM-grade tier at this point - virtually all supply is Incell or equivalent aftermarket.

Model Grade MOQ 50 pcs MOQ 200 pcs MOQ 500 pcs
iPhone 6 Incell LCD $4.80 $4.20 $3.70
iPhone 6 Plus Incell LCD $5.20 $4.60 $4.10
iPhone 6S Incell LCD $5.50 $4.90 $4.30
iPhone 6S Plus Incell LCD $6.00 $5.40 $4.80

iPhone 7 / 7 Plus / 8 / 8 Plus

Still substantial volume, particularly iPhone 8 and 8 Plus which have a strong aftermarket for budget-conscious repairs.

Model Grade MOQ 50 pcs MOQ 200 pcs MOQ 500 pcs
iPhone 7 Incell LCD $6.00 $5.30 $4.70
iPhone 7 Plus Incell LCD $7.00 $6.20 $5.50
iPhone 8 Incell LCD $6.50 $5.70 $5.10
iPhone 8 Plus Incell LCD $7.80 $6.90 $6.10

What we've seen in the field: iPhone 8 and 8 Plus have consistent touch IC compatibility issues when buyers go with the cheapest possible supplier. The 3D Touch layer on these models is sensitive to flex cable quality. We replaced our flex cable source for these two models back in early 2024 after tracking an elevated return rate from three separate wholesale clients - it dropped our defect rate on 8-series from 1.8% to 0.6%.

Part 2: iPhone X Series - Where OLED Became the Standard

The iPhone X was the turning point. Apple moved its flagship line to OLED starting here, and the aftermarket followed. This is where grade differentiation starts to matter significantly.

iPhone X / XS / XS Max / XR

Model Grade MOQ 30 pcs MOQ 100 pcs MOQ 300 pcs
iPhone XR Incell LCD $10.50 $9.20 $8.20
iPhone X Hard OLED $16.00 $14.00 $12.50
iPhone X Soft OLED $24.00 $21.50 $19.00
iPhone XS Hard OLED $18.50 $16.50 $14.50
iPhone XS Soft OLED $27.00 $24.00 $21.50
iPhone XS Max Hard OLED $22.00 $19.50 $17.50
iPhone XS Max Soft OLED $32.00 $28.50 $25.50

Grade note for X-series: XR uses LCD (not OLED), so Incell is the correct tier. For X, XS, and XS Max - which are OLED - Hard OLED is adequate for most repair markets; Soft OLED makes sense when you're selling to customers who are keeping the phone long-term or are particularly quality-sensitive.

Part 3: iPhone 11 Series - The Highest-Volume Models in 2026

The iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max continue to be among the most repaired devices globally. Parts are mature, supply is stable, and competition among suppliers is intense. For most wholesale buyers, this is the core of your inventory.

Model Grade MOQ 50 pcs MOQ 200 pcs MOQ 500 pcs
iPhone 11 Incell LCD $9.50 $8.40 $7.50
iPhone 11 Original Refurb $28.00 $25.00 $22.50
iPhone 11 Pro Hard OLED $19.00 $17.00 $15.00
iPhone 11 Pro Soft OLED $29.00 $26.00 $23.00
iPhone 11 Pro Original Refurb $52.00 $47.00 $42.00
iPhone 11 Pro Max Hard OLED $24.00 $21.50 $19.00
iPhone 11 Pro Max Soft OLED $36.00 $32.00 $28.50
iPhone 11 Pro Max Original Refurb $65.00 $58.00 $52.00

Market insight from our distribution data: The iPhone 11 represents about 22% of our total monthly wholesale volume as of Q1 2026. Most of that volume is Incell, but we've seen a consistent upward trend in Original Refurbished orders from clients in Germany, France, and the Netherlands - markets where customers have become more aware of True Tone and are willing to pay for it.

Part 4: iPhone 12 Series - OLED Across the Board

iPhone 12 was the first year Apple moved all four models (Mini, standard, Pro, Pro Max) to OLED. No LCD option means Incell doesn't apply here - it's OEM-Grade or Original Refurbished.

Model Grade MOQ 30 pcs MOQ 100 pcs MOQ 300 pcs
iPhone 12 Mini Hard OLED $16.50 $14.50 $13.00
iPhone 12 Mini Soft OLED $25.00 $22.50 $20.00
iPhone 12 Hard OLED $19.50 $17.50 $15.50
iPhone 12 Soft OLED $29.00 $26.00 $23.00
iPhone 12 Original Refurb $55.00 $49.00 $44.00
iPhone 12 Pro Hard OLED $23.00 $20.50 $18.00
iPhone 12 Pro Soft OLED $33.00 $29.50 $26.50
iPhone 12 Pro Original Refurb $62.00 $56.00 $50.00
iPhone 12 Pro Max Hard OLED $27.00 $24.00 $21.50
iPhone 12 Pro Max Soft OLED $38.00 $34.00 $30.50
iPhone 12 Pro Max Original Refurb $72.00 $64.00 $57.00

A practical note on iPhone 12 Mini: Volume is lower than the other three models and the part is slightly harder to source consistently. If you're a distributor, we recommend carrying lighter stock on Mini and prioritizing the standard 12 and 12 Pro.

Part 5: iPhone 13 Series - Current Workhorse of the Repair Industry

In 2026, the iPhone 13 series sits at the sweet spot: old enough to have heavy repair demand, new enough that customers care about display quality. This is where the grade decision has the biggest impact on your business outcomes.

Model Grade MOQ 30 pcs MOQ 100 pcs MOQ 300 pcs
iPhone 13 Mini Hard OLED $18.00 $16.00 $14.50
iPhone 13 Mini Soft OLED $27.00 $24.00 $21.50
iPhone 13 Hard OLED $22.00 $19.50 $17.50
iPhone 13 Soft OLED $32.00 $28.50 $25.50
iPhone 13 Original Refurb $58.00 $52.00 $46.00
iPhone 13 Pro Hard OLED $27.00 $24.00 $21.50
iPhone 13 Pro Soft OLED $39.00 $35.00 $31.50
iPhone 13 Pro Original Refurb $72.00 $64.00 $57.50
iPhone 13 Pro Max Hard OLED $32.00 $28.50 $25.50
iPhone 13 Pro Max Soft OLED $45.00 $40.00 $36.00
iPhone 13 Pro Max Original Refurb $85.00 $76.00 $68.00

What the data tells us: Our wholesale clients who stock Soft OLED for iPhone 13 series report roughly 40% fewer customer return conversations compared to those stocking Hard OLED. At a $6–10 per unit price difference, that math usually works in favor of Soft OLED for markets where customer satisfaction drives repeat business.

Part 6: iPhone 14 Series - High Demand, Price Stabilizing

iPhone 14 series parts have stabilized significantly through 2025–2026 after the initial post-launch premium. This is now a high-confidence buying category for distributors.

Model Grade MOQ 30 pcs MOQ 100 pcs MOQ 300 pcs
iPhone 14 Hard OLED $26.00 $23.00 $20.50
iPhone 14 Soft OLED $38.00 $34.00 $30.50
iPhone 14 Original Refurb $68.00 $61.00 $54.50
iPhone 14 Plus Hard OLED $29.00 $26.00 $23.00
iPhone 14 Plus Soft OLED $42.00 $37.50 $33.50
iPhone 14 Pro Soft OLED $48.00 $43.00 $38.50
iPhone 14 Pro Original Refurb $92.00 $82.00 $73.00
iPhone 14 Pro Max Soft OLED $56.00 $50.00 $44.50
iPhone 14 Pro Max Original Refurb $108.00 $96.00 $86.00

Note on 14 Pro / Pro Max: The Dynamic Island cutout on Pro models makes panel alignment more sensitive than earlier generations. Cheaper panels with looser tolerances are more likely to produce visible gaps or alignment issues post-installation. This is one model range where we specifically recommend not going below Soft OLED grade regardless of market.

Part 7: iPhone 15 Series - Active Market, Premium Pricing

iPhone 15 parts are still in the relatively premium phase of their lifecycle. Supply has improved through 2025, but prices remain higher than equivalent 14-series parts.

Model Grade MOQ 20 pcs MOQ 100 pcs MOQ 300 pcs
iPhone 15 Hard OLED $32.00 $28.50 $25.50
iPhone 15 Soft OLED $46.00 $41.00 $37.00
iPhone 15 Original Refurb $82.00 $73.00 $65.00
iPhone 15 Plus Hard OLED $36.00 $32.00 $28.50
iPhone 15 Plus Soft OLED $52.00 $46.50 $41.50
iPhone 15 Pro Soft OLED $58.00 $52.00 $46.00
iPhone 15 Pro Original Refurb $112.00 $100.00 $89.00
iPhone 15 Pro Max Soft OLED $68.00 $61.00 $54.00
iPhone 15 Pro Max Original Refurb $128.00 $114.00 $102.00

Price trajectory note: Based on historical patterns, iPhone 15 series prices will drop 15–25% over the next 12 months as supply matures and iPhone 17 drives customer upgrade cycles. If you're planning distribution inventory for late 2026, buying 15-series at current prices and holding for 6 months may not be the right strategy unless your turnover is fast.

Part 8: iPhone 16 Series - Early Market, Premium Entry

iPhone 16 parts are in the early-supply premium phase. Pricing is elevated, supply consistency varies by model, and we recommend cautious initial orders while the supply chain matures.

Model Grade MOQ 20 pcs MOQ 50 pcs MOQ 200 pcs
iPhone 16 Hard OLED $42.00 $37.50 $33.00
iPhone 16 Soft OLED $58.00 $52.00 $46.50
iPhone 16 Plus Hard OLED $48.00 $43.00 $38.00
iPhone 16 Plus Soft OLED $66.00 $59.00 $52.50
iPhone 16 Pro Soft OLED $72.00 $64.00 $57.00
iPhone 16 Pro Max Soft OLED $85.00 $76.00 $67.50

Honest caveat on 16-series: We do not yet recommend large initial orders on 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max unless you have existing high-volume demand. Supply chain consistency on Pro models is still maturing, and we've seen inter-batch variation that we're actively working to resolve. We'll update this pricing guide once supply stabilizes - likely Q3 2026.

What Affects Price Beyond Grade: 5 Variables Buyers Often Miss?

1. Component source, not just grade label. Two factories can both call their product "Incell Grade A" while using polarizers from completely different supply tiers. The grade label tells you what spec was targeted; the component source tells you whether it was actually achieved. Ask specifically where the panel substrate comes from.

2. Flex cable quality. This is the most common source of early failure in aftermarket screens. The display panel might be perfect; a weak flex cable causes ghost touch, unresponsive areas, or total failure within 90 days. We switched to a higher-spec flex cable source across our product range in 2024. The per-unit cost increase was about $0.40–0.80. The reduction in return claims was worth roughly 10x that.

3. Volume tier. The price gaps between MOQ tiers are real and significant. On a model like iPhone 13, moving from a 30-piece order to a 300-piece order saves around $6–8 per unit. For a distributor placing 300 units per month, that's $1,800–2,400 in monthly savings - more than enough to justify a slightly larger stock commitment.

4. Model lifecycle position. Parts prices follow a predictable arc: high when supply is thin post-launch, declining as supply matures, then stabilizing as the model ages into the core repair market. Buying at the wrong point in that arc is one of the most common sourcing mistakes. iPhone 13 and 14 are currently in the stable phase - a good time to buy. iPhone 16 Pro is in the early premium phase - buy cautiously.

5. Payment and shipping terms. FOB Shenzhen prices assume buyer-arranged freight. CIF (cost, insurance, freight) pricing to your port will be higher and varies significantly by destination. For buyers in the UK, Germany, and Australia, we can provide CIF pricing on request - it simplifies landed cost calculation considerably.

The Real Cost Formula: Beyond Per-Unit Price

Here is the calculation we encourage every wholesale buyer to run before making sourcing decisions based on price alone:

True cost per successful installation = (Unit cost + Shipping/unit) ÷ (1 - defect rate) + (Defect rate × Labor cost per return)

Walk through a real example: You're comparing two iPhone 13 Soft OLED sources. Supplier A quotes $30/unit with a 2.5% defect rate. Supplier B (us) quotes $32/unit with a 0.7% defect rate. Your labor cost per return visit is $25.

Supplier A: ($30 + $2) ÷ 0.975 + (0.025 × $25) = $33.49 true cost

Supplier B: ($32 + $2) ÷ 0.993 + (0.007 × $25) = $34.42 true cost

On a raw per-unit basis, Supplier A looks $2 cheaper. In true cost terms, the difference is under $1 - and Supplier B's lower defect rate saves you the customer relationship friction that doesn't show up in any spreadsheet.

This calculation shifts significantly as volume scales. At 500 units per month, a 1.8% defect rate difference represents 9 additional return cases - roughly 4.5 hours of technician time at any reasonable shop labor rate.

Who This Price List Is For - And Who It Isn't

This is a B2B wholesale iPhone screen supplier pricing reference. The MOQs and per-unit prices above are structured for repair chains, distributors, resellers, and refurbishment businesses placing regular orders - not one-off consumer purchases.

If you're a repair shop owner ordering your first batch of 30–50 units, these prices apply and we're happy to work with you on initial sample orders. If you're a distributor looking to build a regional supply arrangement with committed monthly volumes, we can discuss custom pricing tiers, dedicated stock allocation, and extended payment terms.

What this list is not: a price-matching exercise. We've built our business around consistent quality, reliable supply, and a defect rate we can actually stand behind. If another supplier is quoting you $2 less per unit on iPhone 14 Soft OLED and can't explain their QC process in detail, that gap will likely show up somewhere in your return rate.

Frequently Asked Questions from First-Time Wholesale Buyers

What's the minimum order quantity to get started? For most models, our entry MOQ is 20–30 units at the rates listed above. We can do sample orders of 5–10 units at slightly higher per-unit pricing so you can test quality before committing to volume.

Do you offer samples before a bulk order? Yes. We ship paid samples to any country. Most buyers test 3–5 units per grade per model before placing their first wholesale order. We encourage this.

How do you handle defective units? Our standard warranty covers defects identified within 90 days of receipt. Replacement units are shipped with the next regular order, or credited against invoice for ongoing buyers. Our current average arrival defect rate across all models is 0.6%.

Can I mix models in a single order? Yes. Mixed-model orders are common, particularly for distributors covering multiple repair shops. Minimum quantity applies per model, not per order total.

How long does shipping take? Standard air freight to Europe runs 5–7 business days. North America is 6–9 business days. Express options (3–4 days) are available at additional cost. Sea freight is available for large orders on specific routes.

A Note on Price Updates

iPhone part prices move. Component market conditions, upstream panel supply, and model lifecycle position all create price movement - typically in the range of 5–15% per quarter for active models. We update this article when prices shift meaningfully, and notify wholesale clients of upcoming changes via email before they take effect.

If you're planning an order and want to lock in current pricing, reach out and we'll hold a quote for 15 business days.
